HERRINGBONE MILKING PARLOR
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Herringbone parlors are the most widely used milking system. In a herringbone parlor, cows stand side by side at an angle of about 30 degrees.
There is a pit in the middle of the parlor. Attaching and removing of the clusters and udder hygiene are done in this pit. It is efficient in terms of workforce.
As the milking takes place outside the barn in a hygienic environment, stress-free and healthy milking is ensured.
